Nuts & Snack box loading line in U.S

This packing line is comprised of vertical type case erector(10-12 bpm), box deliever roller conveyor system for empty and full boxes, case sealer and general control system.

We design this system based on customer's real condition. In this factory, we have nuts & snack packs coming out from the rotory pouch packing line. After passing sesotec metal detector, a worker manually putting the bags into the box. 

A case erector keep forming and sealing boxes and deliever to the working area by the roller. After loading, the full box will put on another conveyor and lead to the case sealing.
