Chips shortage rockets packing machine price

Since the spring of 2021, Our lives keep changing by the rocket increasing of many kinds of materials. Price of iron, aluminum,copper, stainless steel keep getting higher and higher. What's more, we start to find out that, chip is not easy to buy. petrol is becoming more and more expensive. So, what cuase all these things. In my opinion, It is becuase of the covid-19. 

It is no doubt that Covid-19 have given the biggest influence to the world sinceThe World War 2. A lot of countries choose to coexit with the virus, and re-open their countries and markets, the negative influence appears and keep breaking our normal lives. 

Take the packing machine industry for an example. It is the 4 times we got informs from our supplier that the parts, eletronic components price have about 30-40% increase. Also, the leadtime will be as 2 times as before. Some of our PLC supplier give us 2 months lead time to get their models. Some international brand such as SMC, FESTO, SEMEINS, is giving much more lead time. 

This will surely make the industry strugle with the machine manufacturing.
